TEARS is urging the public to support the “adopt don’t shop” movement and highlighting the need for more Capetonians to consider opening their homes to homeless pets this Season. Consider joining the open day this weekend. The event is going to be held at both the Kennel in 4 Lekkerwater Road, CPT.
